Spiritual Guidance, and Mentoring
Discovering the Freedom of being you
A good friend of mine once defined freedom as our ability and capacity to be available to life. Either confused or afraid we try endlessly to manage our life experiences away from what we think of as bad or threatening, and towards what we think of as good and safe. Preoccupied with endless attempts to manage our own life experiences we find ourselves losing our sense of freedom and forsaking our sense of vitality and authenticity.
Our ability to regain our vitality and our freedom lies within our ability and our availability to stay within experience. In other words, it’s about getting out of our heads (concepts) and into our bodies, the place where our life experience actually happens. Through this process we move away from isolation and towards connection, authenticity and embodiment.
I offer you a path of - together. One that I have been guided through with the grace of my mentors, guides and spiritual teachers, and one that I am grateful to offer to you. For healing or for growth the path is the same - An invitation to discover what it means to be you and how to regain the freedom to be yourself. I believe that it's when we stop trying to be something that we are not, that we begin to free ourselves from our misconstrued concepts about who and how we should be, and start to move towards the wholeness of who we actually are.
