Stay Awake With Us
This is not a program.
It’s a path.
Life Awake offers space to connect—with yourself and with others—through honest conversation, stillness, and shared reflection. There’s no teaching to follow, no expectation to be anyone but who you are. Whether you join us online or in person, you’re stepping into a community built on presence, curiosity, and real human connection. Come as you are. There’s room for you here.
Upcoming Satsangs
Satsang is a Sanskrit term derived from two roots: sat meaning "true’"and sangha meaning community, company or association. It can be translated as "associating with good people" or simply "being in the company of truth," and refers to the act of gathering with like-minded, uplifting people, especially those on a spiritual path.
We gather in Boulder—and online by request—for something simple, but not always easy: presence. A Life Awake satsang isn’t a workshop or a lecture. There’s no agenda, no performance, no pressure to speak. We begin by settling in together. From there, conversation may unfold—rooted in personal truth, real questions, or whatever is alive in the room. Often a thread of inquiry opens up and we follow it—gently, respectfully, and without trying to land anywhere. It’s not about solving problems or reaching conclusions. It’s about creating space where people can speak from the heart and be heard without judgment. Where we remember that we’re not alone, even when we feel like we are.
The invitation is simple: come as you are, and see what happens when you stop trying to be anything else.
